WHAT WE DID
We quantified exactly what this innovation paralysis was costing them, then conducted customer discovery across distinct segments to reveal unmet needs. Blending cross industry benchmarking and expert perspective, we evaluated nine IoT business model archetypes for relevance, fit and impact. In parallel, we conducted a rapid capability assessment that revealed critical misalignments between their current structure and the requirements for IoT success.
WHAT HAPPENED
We developed a segmented approach with three distinct IoT business models tied to specific customer types, each with clear pricing structures and implementation roadmaps. The precision of this strategy eliminated the decision paralysis that had previously stalled their progress.
