We implemented a dual-lens assessment examining both process metrics and human factors driving performance. Through extensive stakeholder interviews and value stream mapping, we constructed a comprehensive view of the entire revenue journey. This revealed five critical bottlenecks where formal procedures and actual practices had diverged, insights traditional process mapping had missed.

WHAT HAPPENED

Our implementation plan delivered a 50% reduction in cycle time (down to 55-60 days), representing approximately $1MM in annual financial benefit. Within 60 days, they achieved a 30% reduction in processing variability and eliminated the top three sources of contract errors.
